The SSC CHSL final answer key can be downloaded from the official website. Aspirants can can calculate their overall marks to know if they will be selected. Check out the direct link with the steps given below.
Step 1: Click on the direct link provided above.
Step 2: Select the examination name - "Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination 2025 Tier I" and click on Submit.
Step 3: Now you will be asked to submit representations of the answer key. Click on the 'Click here' button.
Step 4: Next, enter your roll number and password as per the admission certificate. Then, click on Login option.
Step 5: Download the SSC CHSL Tier 1 final answer key and save the answer key for future use.

Candidates are allowed to object to the SSC CHSL answer key if they disagree with any of the answer marks by the authority. SSC releases a tentative answer key for the candidates to raise their objections where they need to pay a sum of INR 100/- for each question. After the objections are raised, the SSC releases the final answer key which does not entertain any objection further. Go through the steps below to learn how to challenge the SSC CHSL answer key.
Step 1: Go to the official website and click on the objection link.
Step 2: Enter your User ID and password.
Step 3: Click on the Login button and your answer key will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Click on “Challenges” which will be appearing on the screen.
Step 5: Pay the required fees i.e. INR 100/- for each question to be challenged.
Step 6: Mention the Question Number you want to challenge along with the right answer.
Step 7: Click on the Submit Button.
Note: Candidates are advised to take a printout of the respective Response Sheets, as it won't be available after the specified time limit.

The total marks of SSC CHSL Tier I are 200 and the number of questions is 100. For every correct answer, 2 marks will be awarded and for every wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted. So the candidate should be careful while attending the questions as there is a chance of losing marks. A generalized way to calculate the marks is as follows-
Total Marks= Number Of Correct Answers*2 - Number Of Wrong Answers*0.5
