CBSE Junior Assistant Exam Pattern 2025
The CBSE Junior Assistant exam pattern is divided into 3 parts i.e, the Computer Based Test, skill test, and the interview round. The candidates must score more than the CBSE Junior Assistant Cut Off marks to qualify for the post of Junior Assistant in the Board.
Written Exam
The written exam for the CBSE Junior Assistant consists of 100 objective-type questions, conducted for a total of 300 marks. The questions will cover various subjects as per the syllabus. The duration of the exam is 2 hours, with a penalty of 1/3rd mark deducted for each wrong answer.

Apart from fulfilling the CBSE Junior Assistant Eligibility Criteria, candidates must have a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. or equivalent speed of 10500 KDPH in English or 30 w.p.m. or equivalent speed of 9000 KDPH in Hindi on Computer. Those who are not able to perform at the prescribed speed, will be disqualified.
