Step 1: E travelled in the month immediately before B, who travelled in the month of October.

B	October
E	September

Here we place B with October as given and then place E before B with September.

Step 2: C travelled between the trips of E and F.

Now according to the condition we place C between E and F which means C travelled before E in August & F travelled before C in July.

Step 3: Exactly four people travelled after D’s trip.

Here we place D at fifth position because four people travelled after him which means D travelled in June.

Step 4: G travelled in the month immediately before A’s trip.

Lastly we have to place A and G where G travelled before A so we place A with May and G with April.

From the arrangement, we can see that F travelled in July.

Hence the correct answer is option 4)
