Work done is inversely proportional to time.
Solution:
LCM of 12, 15, and 20 = 60
A + B = 60/12 = 5
B + C = 60/15 = 4
C + A = 60/20 = 3
2(A + B + C) = 12
A + B + C = 6
Time taken by all three = 60/6 = 10
Therefore, A, B, and C working together can complete the work in 10 days.
