The number of odd days from 16 April 1999 to 20 February 2001:

2000	Full years (1 Leap year)	(2 odd days × 1 Leap years) = 2 odd days	2
2001	1st January 2010 - 20 February 2001	31 January + 20 February = 51 days	51 ÷ 7 = 2
Total odd days			4

So, Four odd days will be added to Friday because the day is asked in future.

∴ Tuesday was the day of the week on 20 February 2001.

Hence, "Option 1" is the correct answer.
