While FESTA has always been a beloved annual tradition for BTS fans, the 2025 edition is special for the Army. It marks the first FESTA where most of the members are either discharged or almost at the end of their military service.
J-Hope revealed that he will perform at BTS Festa 2025 celebrations on June 13 and 14 at Goyang Stadium. He took to Weverse to perform interact with BTS ARMY and said, “Most of the members will be discharged by then. I think FESTA will be extremely meaningful this year. It’s our debut day. I think on that day I will be emotional. We planned it this way, and after many discussions, we wanted to do this with many ARMYs. Now we’ll have a FESTA that has Bangtan in it. Finally! It’s a big concert and it’s important to me. I’m going to prepare a lot. It is the final, after all!”
The event will look back at some of the biggest and most important moments in BTS’ journey. It will include popular performances, music video clips, and behind-the-scenes memories that show how the group grew from new idols to worldwide stars.
Jin and J-Hope have already completed their military service, while SUGA, who is serving in the public sector due to a previous shoulder injury, is expected to be discharged on June 21. The remaining members are also nearing the end of their service, with RM and V set to return on June 10, followed by Jungkook and Jimin on June 11.
